Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we send you written confirmation. Prices are fixed per vehicle or per person as shown on the website at the time of booking.
Payment
Payment is taken securely by card when you book. Cash on the day is possible for private tours on request.
Changes and cancellation
You may change your date once free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability. Cancellations up to 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged at 50%, and no-shows are non-refundable.
Our responsibilities
We operate every tour and transfer with licensed drivers and insured vehicles. Routes and stops may change because of weather, traffic or seasonal conditions. If we cancel a tour we will offer you another date or a full refund.
Your responsibilities
Please be at your pickup point on time and follow your driver's and guide's reasonable instructions. Tell us in advance about children, mobility needs or large luggage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
